Obscurious Market is a curated event, and we consider balance and flow when reviewing applications. It’s not a first-come, first-serve process—we aim to create a well-rounded experience for attendees by offering a thoughtful mix of vendor types and artistic styles.

Two vendor passes are included with vendor registration. Any additional passes needed will incur a charge equal to 50% of a general admission ticket price.

All vendor tables must be operated during the entirety of the show.

Vendors will not use any items or exhibit any behavior that will damage the venue. Vendors will be held 100% responsible for any damages they cause.

Obscurious Market is not responsible for any loss, damages or theft incurred by vendors.

Obscurious Market does not make any claims or warranties regarding the guarantee of sales volume or foot traffic.

Obscurious Market reserves the right to deny any vendor application at our discretion.

Obscurious Market reserves the right to have any vendor remove themselves from the venue for any violation or disruption with no refund of registration fees.

Obscurious Market management has the right to deem any display “unsuitable” or “dangerous” and require it be removed or modified.

Shows with outdoor spaces will not be cancelled due to weather.

Canopies are required for any outdoor spaces

Vendors must comply with all rules and policies for Obscurious Market as well as the host venue.

Vendors understand that the venue may apply separate penalties for failure to comply with their policies and rules.

Once approved, you will be notified via email. and an invoice will be sent with a 14 day due date (Clockwork Arcana and The Crooked Hat currently have a 30 day due date for early applicants). If the invoice remains unpaid for 7 days beyond that, the invoice will be cancelled and the space will be given to the next approved vendor in line. If something comes up, please reach out. We can work out an extension, within reason, if there is some communication
