Step into the strange and showcase your finest Halloween form. Whether eerie, elegant, or delightfully uncanny, all are invited to take part.

Registration
Contestants must register in person at the Contest / Info Booth between12:00 PM – 3:15 PM

All costumes will be briefly reviewed during check-in prior to judging.

Winners will be announced at 4:00PM

Judging Criteria
Costumes will be evaluated based on:
Quality
Effort
Presentation

Handmade or self-constructed costumes are highly encouraged, though not required.

Restrictions
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following rules apply:

No real weapons — no exceptions
No projectiles of any kind
No flames, pyrotechnics, or explosives
No metal bats, large wrenches, shovels, or similar heavy items
No oversized props that may obstruct movement or crowd flow
Costumes must remain public appropriate (PG-13)
